The Empire Today for Business Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact and liaison between Empire and its strategic clients, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure best in class customer satisfaction, strong revenue growth and retention of existing customers. In essence, the Project Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, understanding client needs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clients receive excellent service and support. The Project Manager will have P&L responsibilities, accountable for install pipeline revenue while managing installation cost controls to maximize Empire for Business profitability.

Responsibilities:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all interactions.
Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Works to retain existing business and identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts, often through upselling and/or cross-selling.
Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and successful install execution.
Work to increase revenue by monitoring overall performance and satisfaction by identifying potential issues, opportunities for improvement and areas of growth.
Handle client concerns and issues proactively, manufacturing solution to ensure client satisfaction.
Guide cross-functional teams to drive a positive customer experience through rigorous adherence to standard operating procedures.
Utilize data, reporting and related systems to identify performance trends and respond as needed to ensure goals and customer expectations are satisfied.
Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred skills CAPM or PMP certification.
Critical thinking, problem-solving and organizations skills a must!
The ability to plan and schedule project effectively is required.
Strong communication skills is paramount.
Ability to understand relevant software, tools and methodologies required. Ability to identify potential issues, develop mitigating strategies and proactively address risk is essential.
